Today is the highlight of your trip, the unforgettable Rwanda gorilla trekking experience. Wake up early for breakfast, head to the park headquarters for briefing about gorilla trekking then head into the forest searching for mountain gorillas.
After an encounter with these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat, go for a visit to the Gorilla Guardian Village (Iby’Iwacu). Immerse yourself in the local culture, witness traditional dances, and learn about the conservation efforts supporting both gorillas and the local communities.
Return to the lodge for a well-deserved rest and share stories from your day’s adventure.

Day4: Golden Monkey Trekking at the Base of Volcanoes National Park
Today we head to Volcanoes National Park for golden monkey trekking. Join other trekkers at the park headquarters for briefing, then head into the forest search for the playful and rare primates – the golden monkeys in their natural environment.
The trek takes you to the base of the volcanoes, providing stunning views and a unique perspective of the landscape. After the trek, return to the lodge to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Reflect on the natural wonders you have witnessed in this remarkable park of Rwanda.

Day 5: Transfer to Nyungwe National Park

Day 6: Early Morning Chimpanzee Tracking in Nyungwe and late Afternoon Canopy Walk
Wake up early for breakfast and head to the park for an exciting chimpanzee tracking adventure in Nyungwe Forest. Your experienced guides will lead you through the forest, providing insights into the behavior and ecology of these remarkable primates.
In the afternoon, experience the Thrill of a Nyungwe Canopy Walk. Suspended high above the forest floor, this walkway offers a unique perspective of the treetop canopy and a chance to spot various bird spcies.
