Detailed itinerary of 5 days Kenya wildlife and culture safari
Day 1: Arrive to Nairobi
Welcome to Kenya. Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), you will be warmly welcomed by our safari – guide and be transferred to your accommodation in Nairobi. You will spend the evening resting at the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 2: Explore the Culture and Wildlife of Nairobi
Rise up with the sun rise and head to Nairobi for exploring of cultural spots and enjoy wildlife sightings, you will visit the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust for sights of rescued elephants and have an opportunity to adopt an elephant.
The next site you will visit is the Giraffe Center where you will have a hands-on-giraffe encounters and learn all about the efforts behind the conservation of giraffes in Kenya
After lunch, you will visit the Kazuri Bead Factory where you will tour the factory and learn about how Kenyan clay is used to create beads and pottery, the factory has been established as a women’s work cooperative and continues to provide quality employment for women. Return to your hotel for lunch and dinner.

Day 3: Drive to Maasai Mara
Have early breakfast, checkout of the hotel and embark on a drive to Maasai Mara national reserve, along the way you will have a stopover in Narok town for an interaction with the local people and at the rift valley view point to enjoy magnificent views of the rift valley.
Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge and in the afternoon you will head to the reserve for an afternoon game drive where you will enjoy sights of zebras, lions, cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, buffaloes, rhinos among others. In the evening you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Explore the Plains on morning game drive and Maasai Visit
Wake up early for a morning game drive, as the sun rises the animals in Maasai Mara national reserve start to stir making it the perfect time for lazy wildlife sightings and Mara river is the best sight to view the animals. Some of the animals you will enjoy watching include giraffes, zebras, lions, cheetahs, cape buffaloes and antelopes.
Return to the lodge for lunch and in the afternoon you will head to the Masai Village for a visit, the Masai people are one of the local tribes in Kenya with authentic culture and traditions which have not been destroyed by modernity and technology.
While in the Masai Village, you will enjoy their amazing and interesting pastoral lifestyle, their cultural wears of red and blue stripped shukas, participate in cattle herding, milking, be entertained by local dances and drama among others.
Day 5: Return to Nairobi
After breakfast, you will checkout of your lodge and depart for Nairobi where you will be dropped off either at your hotel or at the airport for your departure flight back home.
