Detailed itinerary of 5 Days Kenya Safari
Day 01: Pick up and head to Nairobi national park for a game drive
Your driver – Guide will pick you up from your hotel in Nairobi or at Jomo Kenyatta International airport upon arrival, he will give a short briefing about the Kenya wildlife safari and head to Nairobi national park for a full day game drive of exploring this unique wildlife safari destination.
During the game drive you will enjoying scenic views of the landscape and savannah plains, and a variety of animals such as giraffes, elands, lions, wildebeests, warthogs, impalas, hartebeests, cheetahs, Thomson’s gazelles, olive baboon, waterbucks common ostrich among others.
You have lunch at the hotel or have picnic lunch and then go for another game drive in the park. In the evening, you will head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Transfer to Lake Nakuru national park
After breakfast, you will checkout of your lodge and transfer Lake Nakuru national park a birder’s haven and a rhino sanctuary, along the way you will have a stopover at the view point for the Great Rift Valley. Arrive in the park in time for lunch which you will have after checking into your lodge, in the afternoon you will head to the park for a game drive you will enjoy watching many animals such as cape buffalo, Africa wild dog, zebra, lion, elephants, Rothschild giraffe among others. In the evening you will head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to Masai Mara national reserve
After breakfast, you will checkout of the lodge, bid Lake Nakuru national park farewell and transfer to Masai Mara national reserve, along the way you will enjoy amazing vistas. Arrive in the reserve in time for lunch, in the afternoon you will go for an afternoon game drive spotting a variety of animals including lions, leopards, cheetahs, cape buffaloes, Africa wild dog. Zebras, elephants, among others. In the evening, you will return to lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: full day in Masai Mara national reserve
On the 4th day of your 5 days Kenya wildlife Safari, Today you will do 2 game drives, one in the morning from 6.15 am to 9 am, before breakfast and the other in the afternoon after lunch from 03:30 pm to 06:30 pm.
Early mornings and late afternoons are considered the best time to spot animals in Masai Mara national reserve as they are more active, since this safari is private, timings for the game drives are more flexible and convenient. During the full day game drive, you can have picnic lunch. After fully exploring the reserve, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 05: Return to Nairobi
Wake up early for a game drive, followed by breakfast and checkout of the lodge and head back to Nairobi with brief stopovers along the way at the Rift Valley Escarpment. When you arrive in Nairobi, you will be dropped off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight back home.
