Detailed itinerary of 4 Days Ngorongoro Serengeti Safari
Day 1: Pick up, Ngorongoro Crater Drive
Your private guide will meet you at your hotel of stay in Arusha or Moshi or at Kilimanjaro International Airport upon arrival. Then start your safari to Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will descend 600 meters into the world’s largest intact caldera, Ngorongoro Crater where you will search for several wildlife species like lions, leopards, buffaloes, rhinos, jackals, hippos, zebras and herds of wildebeests.
Also, you will visit Lake Magadi where you will see a variety of birds including pink flamingoes. At sunset, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Drive to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, your guide will drive you to Serengeti National Park – the most iconic safari destination in the world. When you arrive in the park, you will have a game drive as you head to your lodge for check in and lunch.
In the afternoon, you will engage in an extensive game drive around Serengeti National Park searching for different wildlife species such as the Big 5 and many others during your safari. Look out for a variety of wildlife and bird species such as elephants, giraffes, wildebeests, antelopes, zebras, rhinos, buffalos, hippos, cheetahs, elands, waterbucks, kudus, lions, leopards, impalas, gazelles among others. You will have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Full Day Serengeti
After breakfast at your lodge, you will head with your packed lunch for a full day in Serengeti National Park. Engage in a morning game drive around the Serengeti Plains searching and enjoying sight of several wildlife species including zebras, buffaloes, gazelles, cheetahs among others.
You will enjoy picnic lunch and head for another game drive exploring Serengeti Plains more. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay as above.

Day 4: Departure
After breakfast at the lodge, you shall checkout of the lodge and drive back to Arusha via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with your packed lunch – enroute. You shall be dropped off at the hotel in Arusha or at the airport bringing your safari to an end.
