Detailed Itinerary of 10 Days Kenya Big Game Safari
Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be welcomed by your personal driver – guide and transfer you to your hotel in Nairobi for overnight.
Overnight at Hemingsway / House of Waine / Palacina Suites / Fairmont the Norfolk / Giraffe Manor / The Boma
Day 2: Transfer to Lake Naivasha
Depart this morning and transfer to Lake Naivasha situated in the Rift Valley Region, enjoy the beautiful scenery of this region and later check into your lodge. In the afternoon, explore Lake Naivasha with a boat ride and later go on a short nature walk as you relish the gift of nature.
Overnight at Chui Lodge or Enashipai Resort
Day 3: Transfer to Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru with packed lunch and have explore the park for the rest of the day. The shores of Lake Nakuru are flocked by greater and lesser flamingoes which turn the lake pink, the park is also home to the endangered black and white rhinos, zebras, gazelles, buffaloes, lion and leopards which you will see during the game drive.

Day 4: Hell’s Gate National Park
Transfer to Hell’s Gate National Park and explore Hell’s Gate National Park by taking a nature walk or cycling safari. Enjoy the beautiful landscape as you explore the park. Visit the geothermal plants and enjoy a swim, visit the Masai Mara community to learn more about the Maasai tribe and also contribute to their well living.

Day 5: Transfer to Masai Mara
Depart Hell’s Gate National Park and drive to Masai Mara National Reserve, depending on the stopovers en-route, you will arrive in time for lunch at your lodge. Check in at your lodge, relax and prepare to take on an evening game drive, this magnificent reserve is home to a wide variety of wildlife including lions, leopards, buffaloes among others which you will see during the game drive.

Day 6 & 7: Masai Mara
Spend these two days exploring the endless plains of Masai Mara, Kenya’s finest wildlife destination. The game drives takes you in search for Africa’s big five and other wildlife inhabiting this vast game reserve. You will have an option for a cultural visit to a Maasai Village and a balloon safari to explore the park from the air.
During the migration season, enjoy view of the large columns of the wildebeests and other wildlife migrating and crossing the Mara River as the crocodiles target them for a meal.

Day 9: Full Day in Amboseli

Other animals to lookout for include lions, leopards, buffaloes, gazelles, zebras among others. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 10: Departure
